Established in 1989, we are a family-run business with over 25 years of trading experience of building materials in Exeter. A&S Paving began as a small business, constructing paving slabs for local customers. However, over the years, demand from our loyal customers has allowed us to expand and become the friendly local builders’ merchant we are now. Today, our knowledge of trading building materials means that we specialise in importing stone and slate from all over the world.
As a very close team of 13, consisting of family and close friends, we strive to offer a friendly and honest service that local people desire. A&S paving offer a vast selection of quality paving and landscaping resources. All of our products are available in a variety of different colours and finishes to achieve a unique look.

Our Crediton yard can hold a large stock of building materials. This means that we can offer a flexible and efficient service, which delivers at short lead times. We will also happily source those less common building materials that we don’t already stock. Our products can either be delivered or collected depending on your individual requirements.
