About Us

We are a well established, local family business and have been trading since 1989. The proprietor of the company is Mr. André Pike, who has had many years experience in the building trade. As the business expanded, André needed to move premises. In October 2000 he moved the company to Barnstaple Cross in Crediton and it has become a builders merchants as well as paving suppliers.

We are a true family business and André is assisted by his wife Bridget, who runs the office and the financial side of the business. Darren, their son, is fast learning the ins and outs of the daily running of a busy business and their future son in law Richard Philp is the yard foreman.

A&S Paving and Building Supplies employs twelve staff, which comprises of three lorry drivers, three office staff, four yard workers and two warehousemen.
